The smart address book

The phone rings. Before you even pick up, you know whether it's urgent.

Your guests are added to your phone's address book on their own, with the booking written into the name. When one calls, you don't see an unknown number: you see who it is, where they're staying and when they check in.

  • Luis What their name is. You answer with a "hi, Luis" and the call already starts somewhere else.
  • Ribeira The apartment they're staying in. No need for the "which one?".
  • 170726 The day they check in — and here's the good part: if it's the day after tomorrow, it can't be urgent and you call back when you can. If they check in today at 14:00 and it's 14:40, they're standing at the door. That one you pick up.
  • 2n How many nights they're staying.
  • P3 C1 Their history with you: how many times they've booked and how each booking ended. You know if it's their first time or if they're already a regular.

On check-in day, your calendar reminds you

The check-in date is saved as the contact's birthday, so the reminder comes from your phone on its own. We didn't have to build the notification: it was already there.

If they owe you money, it says so first

In the contact's notes, right at the top, whatever is left to pay. You read it while it's ringing, not after you hang up.

And when the booking is over, it deletes itself

They come in on their own and leave on their own. Your address book doesn't turn into a graveyard of guests from three years ago.

And there's nothing to log into: it works on the address book you already use, so you see it on your phone, in the car and on your watch without opening anything of ours.
