The booking goes through OKmystay

It doesn't matter where it comes from — Avirato, our own engine, Booking, Airbnb. Each synchronized booking automatically generates a unique link for that guest. You don't do anything extra.

The guest receives their link

By email, SMS, and WhatsApp—automatically. It opens, you see your personalized dashboard, and from there, everything is done for you. No app to download, no password to remember.

"How do I get in?", "Where do I park?", "What's the Wi-Fi password?", "A receipt?". Rosa answers everything, in seven languages, at any time. You focus on what a human really needs.

Everything the guest asks — inside

Rosa isn't a static FAQ. It's the actual, live dashboard connected to your reservation. What the guest sees depends on their check-in, their payment, and whether the lock is active. Everything appears exactly when it makes sense—not too early, not too late.

Keys without reception

Lock codes, lockers, garage door openers. They appear on the panel only when the guest can use them — paid, check-in signed, time window open. Zero calls to open doors.

Information, map and recommendations

WiFi, house rules, where to park, your favorite restaurants, the best beach in September. Whatever you want to share, in whatever order you choose, in the guest's language.

Payments, warranty card and invoice

Outstanding payments with Redsys and CECA POS terminals, pre-authorized guarantee card, downloadable invoice with Verifactu QR code. All from the same panel — the guest doesn't jump to another screen.

Online check-in with ID and SES

The guest signs the check-in form on their mobile phone before arrival — ID scan, data automatically sent to SES Hospedajes. By the time they step through the door, everything has already been handed over to the authorities. You don't scan passports or fill out traveler forms.

Tourist tax charged alone

Calculation, collection, and receipt of the applicable tax in your municipality or region — Galicia, Balearic Islands, Catalonia, Valencian Community. Rosa separates it from the booking amount, collects it from the guest, and provides a separate invoice. Zero arguments at the front desk.

Integrated store, extra income

Extra towels, late check-out, breakfast pack, airport transfer, parking—you name it. The guest adds it, pays, and it's recorded in your system. Every upsell you previously couldn't close because it was unavailable.
