How does the 150 € minimum work?
If your invoice for the month falls below 150 €, it's topped up with a line item called «monthly minimum». A 129 € invoice carries a minimum of 21 €. You see it itemised, not hidden inside the fee. The WhatsApp bot stays out of this top-up: its line is always billed separately.
What does it cost to get started?
Setup is 595 €: your OKmystay onboarding, the initial configuration and the training. And you get it all back: from your fourth monthly invoice on, each one carries a 33,06 € discount for 18 months — even if your invoice is the minimum (those months you pay 116,94 €). If you leave before invoice 21, the remaining credits are lost. If you stay, the setup ends up costing you nothing.
What costs does the WhatsApp bot carry?
Three, and all three in plain sight. Its menu price (14,95 €/unit per month; in the percentage option it's included), with one particularity: the bot is always billed separately from the general minimum and its line never falls below 75 €/month, in both options — running it doesn't shrink because you have few units. Its own setup, 495 € one-off and non-refundable: building the prompt with your operation, the tone and the testing until it answers the way you want — separate from the general setup. And usage, with two items: 0,05 € per conversation the AI handles (one guest, one day; capped at 2 €/unit per month), and the notifications the bot sends without the guest having written first — the check-in reminder, the door code — which pass on WhatsApp's rate: about 0,02 € per notification. Replying to the guest carries no sending cost: WhatsApp doesn't charge for replies. All itemised on your invoice.
How does the volume discount work?
In brackets, like income-tax brackets: each unit pays its bracket's discount. The first 10 go at full price, from unit 11 to 25 at 20%, from 26 to 50 at 40%, from 51 to 100 at 60% and from 101 onwards at 80%. So growing never penalises you.
What is the percentage cap?
A guarantee in euros: your invoices for a whole year will never exceed 125% of what the full menu would cost with your units, at your contract's prices — they're locked in when you sign and your maximum doesn't move even if the public rate changes. Every month you pay your 3,25% and, if the year's running total hits the maximum, we stop charging beyond it. No adjustments, no refunds needed. The only thing outside the cap is the bot's AI usage.
What if I need something that doesn't exist?
We build it for you: custom modules are our speciality. The build is quoted the same way in both options; the difference comes afterwards. In the percentage option, the finished module stays included in your 3,25%. In the per-module option, it joins your menu with its price per unit per month, like any other — and we give you that fee together with the quote, before building anything.
Can I switch options?
Once, taking effect on your contract anniversary: if you start with one option and it doesn't fit, when you complete the year you switch to the other. Adding modules is always possible, with one month's notice; removing them, with three.
What if I deactivate units for a season?
They stop counting: you only pay for active units, counted on the 1st of each month. If we're not serving you, we're not charging you.
Do you take a commission on what I sell through the shop or the activities?
No. Those modules pay their menu price and that's it: whatever you sell through them is yours.
