How it works

The guest receives the link

After making the reservation, you will receive a unique link to complete the online check-in from your mobile device.

Fill in your details and sign

Documentation, address, contact information, and digital signature. We validate ID cards in real time.

We'll send the SES for you

As soon as the data is complete, our system sends the report to the Ministry of the Interior. You can see the status on your dashboard.

You don't chase anyone

Margarita (our WhatsApp assistant) reminds the guest that their guest registration is still pending. The panel where you manage their booking keeps access to the property blocked until it's complete. You only see the few reservations that need your attention.

Margarita sends a message via WhatsApp

Days before the arrival, he reminds the guest, in his language, that he still has Tulipán unfinished. If there is no response, he reminds him again.

No check-in, no keys

On the panel where the guest manages their booking, the apartment's access codes (lock PIN, portal code) remain locked until the Tulipán check-in is complete. The system requires it, not you.

You only see the exceptions.

The panel shows you a number: how many reservations are coming in today or tomorrow without check-in. If it's 0, there's nothing to look into. If not, you know who to assist.

This is how it appears on your dashboard. The remaining reservations—which have already completed check-in—don't appear here. Therefore, when this number is 0, you can close your computer.
