Your property manager gives you access

Whoever manages your properties sets up your apartments and your user account. You log in with your password: it's your private window into your own business, separate from the property manager's dashboard.

Every booking and every payment, in plain sight

Calendar, list and detail: guest, dates, amount and the payment breakdown — what's already been charged via TPV and what's still outstanding. The booking is brought in by the property manager from their channel manager; you see all of it.

Year-end forecast and a CSV for your accountant

An estimate of how the year will close based on the real seasonality of your apartments, and a button that downloads the CSV ready for Excel with what was actually collected. Your bookkeeper stops chasing you for the numbers.
