The guest picks and books

From their panel they choose the service, the professional or the court, the duration and a free time —worked out on the spot—, book and pay. No calling, no waiting for someone to confirm.

The engine never sells the same slot twice

Availability is worked out on the fly from real schedules and bookings: if the professional already has an appointment at five, she's not free for another service at five. And there's a re-check on confirmation, against double bookings.

The professional runs their schedule

On their panel they see the day's bookings, reschedule with a couple of clicks, cancel or mark a cash payment. Their holidays and blocks are automatically subtracted from what's offered to the guest.

A massage, a padel court, the jacuzzi at sunset, a yoga class. They look like different businesses, but they're the same thing: a scarce resource that's occupied for a while. Amapola models them all the same way and simply asks "is this free in this time slot?".

Availability on the fly, no double booking

There's no box for every gap: availability is worked out by asking whether the resource is free in that interval, the way it's done with accommodation. No more paper diaries and no more overwritten bookings.

Prices by time slot and a duration to choose

A flat price or by the hour, with surcharges by season, day of the week or time. And for the court or the sun lounger, a duration to choose in blocks —one hour, an hour and a half, two—. Every booking at its fair price.
