Responsible declaration
The OKmystay invoicing system complies with the Verifactu Regulation.
What this is
The responsible declaration is the document by which the producer of an invoicing software system certifies, under its own responsibility, that the system meets the requirements of article 29.2.j) of Law 58/2003, of the Regulation approved by Royal Decree 1007/2023, of 5 December (Verifactu), and of Order HAC/1177/2024, of 17 October.
How it complies
Chained SHA-256 hash
Every invoicing record incorporates the SHA-256 hash algorithm, with independent chaining for each taxpayer, guaranteeing integrity, tamper-resistance and traceability.
Transactionality
The issuance of the invoice and the generation of its record with the chained hash are consolidated into a single transactional unit of the database management system.
Immutable by design
The tax data in the records is neither modified nor deleted once generated; corrections are made through rectification or cancellation records.
